58% attribute revenue growth to their MedAccred accreditation, with 62% having won new business and 73% reporting improved customer satisfaction.

MedAccred Program Director, Connie Conboy commented, “The survey results confirm what we have anecdotally understood for some time: that the MedAccred program plays an important role in assuring patient safety through enhanced medical device quality, as well as providing competitive business advantage to those who have worked hard to achieve accreditation. In the current global climate, there has never been a better time for critical processors to strengthen their market position or diversify into medical device manufacturing.”
