Important Announcement Regarding the Nadcap Meeting Scheduled in Beijing, China

  The safety and well-being of all Nadcap meeting participants is always our top priority. PRI has been carefully monitoring the ongoing situation in China since the initial outbreak of the novel coronavirus, working closely with the PRI Staff located in our Beijing Office, receiving regular reports from our security advisors, and listening closely to the feedback that we have received from the Nadcap community. In consultation with the Nadcap Management Council, we are cancelling the Nadcap meeting in Beijing, China from 24-27 February 2020. We apologize if this decision causes any undue hardship on anyone, but the health of the dedicated individuals who attend Nadcap meetings is vitally important. The next scheduled Nadcap meeting is in London, United Kingdom on 15-18 June 2020. In the interim, PRI is working with the Nadcap Management Council to arrange a series of virtual meetings online to assure that the vital business of Nadcap is uninterrupted. We ask for your support during this challenging time and we hope to see you at the next Nadcap meeting.
