Progress and Achievements of 2016

eQuaLearn would like to share a few of our highlights from this year:  New logo eQuaLearn unveiled a new logo in March 2016 –a new look since the training program started in 2008. The new logo is more dynamic and modern, and highlights the word “Learn” in blue. Complimentary training As with previous years   the eQuaLearn team has worked hard in 2016 to provide complimentary training at Nadcap meetings. More than 520 participants have benefitted from the complimentary training at the three Nadcap meetings conducted this year in Madrid, London and Pittsburgh. There was an increase in the number of participants from 2015. As customary, eQuaLearn’s Root Cause Corrective Action and Nadcap Audit Preparation courses proved to be the most popular. eQuaLearn will continue to provide complimentary training at the 2017 Nadcap meetings. Free resources The eQuaLearn website has been updated to include new articles on quality and commodity-oriented topics, such as the NDT AC7114 Checklist Questions articles by Linda Beene. Browse all of eQuaLearn’s free resources  at any time on the website’s free resource library page. Additionally, eQuaLearn launched a LinkedIn page to interact even more closely with suppliers – follow us to get the latest information about our courses and updates in the aerospace industry. New courses Several courses were developed and launched in 2016. The 8D Problem Solving course was piloted during  the London Nadcap Meeting in June and received  excellent feedback from the attendees: “This course has given me the knowledge and confidence to implement 8D in my company”. In an effort to reach out to more suppliers, the Internal Auditing Systems and The Internal Auditor courses were translated in Italian,  as well as the Contract Review for Aerospace Suppliers in Spanish. eQuaLearn also worked with industry experts to develop the new Nadcap Audit Preparation- Measurement & Inspection and Chemical Processing: The Science and Engineering of Anodizing courses, which are now available for registration at www.eQuaLearn.com. Onsite training More than thirty companies took advantage of an eQuaLearn onsite training session this year. The companies not only reduced travel costs and time out of the office, but also had the convenience of a subject matter expert in their facility answering problems specific to their company.  Special process and quality related customized training sessions were conducted at companies in the USA, the United Kingdom, France, Argentina, and Turkey just to name a few locations. Contact an eQuaLearn team member if you are interested in booking an onsite training session for your employees.
