eAuditNet: Subscriber Corporate and Family Mandates

With over 50 Subscribers and 19 critical processes that can be mandated, the Nadcap and eAuditNet teams have worked together to create a clear summary of all mandates for the benefit of the entire Nadcap community. This summary is posted in eAuditNet under Resources / Corporate Families. To add clarity and to make this important document easily available to all Nadcap constituents, the eAuditNet team is working to make the Subscriber Matrix an application within eAuditNet, called Corporate Families. Once live, this application – available under Resources / Corporate Families as shown – will provide Subscriber Company Admin users with access to verify their mandates themselves, directly within the application. Non-Subscriber users will also have access to the Corporate Families application; however, the information will be viewable in “read-only” version (shown below). The eAuditNet screen will display the Corporate Family (Group name), its Corporate Subscriptions (what critical process(es) they participate), the Companies Under Corporate Family (companies as part of the Group), and the Company Mandates (company-specific mandates), distinguished between “Required” and “Accepted”. The Corporate Families enhancement will not only provide more clarity and easy access to this crucial information about the Nadcap program, it will also give Suppliers an overview and understanding at first glance of what critical process accreditation may be required from their customers. This new application will also ensure the information remains accurate and up-to-date for the benefit of all. We hope this enhancement will help the Nadcap community gain a better understanding and clearer overview of the program. eAuditNet is also working to implement an enhancement that will enable non-conformances (NCRs) responses to be editable within eAuditNet. We are planning to launch this enhancement before then end of the year. Once live, we will provide more information about this new feature.
