Chemical Processing: The Science and Application of Plating

Do you have a plating problem you can’t solve? eQuaLearn’s new two-day course, Chemical Processing: The Science and Application of Plating, has been designed to support the aerospace industry manufactures and make the plating problems a thing of the past. The core objective of this course is to help participants understand how the science and application of chemical processes are used to modify and enhance surface properties and performance. Additionally, the class will emphasis the understanding of pre-treatment and post-treatment steps in the process. The course will address various lot and periodic testing and the significance of sampling plans. Furthermore, it will provide a chemical approach for a better understanding of the importance of written instructions and procedures. This will illustrate the values of records and their review in yielding zero reject targets. The course aims to give all responsible parties the tools to fully understand the processes to a “zero defect” end. The Chemical Processing: The Science and Application of Plating course is ideal for all personnel connected to platting planning, results, controls, oversight, troubleshooting, or hands-on application. eQuaLearn will conduct the first Chemical Processing: The Science and Application of Plating course in Torrance, CA on 7-8 February 2018. Additional training locations include Dallas, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; and Manchester, UK.
